Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Technical Recruiter located in the Greater Delhi Area. The Senior Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle recruiting process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating hiring processes. They will also specialize in technical recruiting within the aviation and aerospace industries, working closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and implementing effective recruiting strategies.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Technical Recruiting, and Recruiting
• Strong Hiring and Communication skills
• Experience in the aviation and aerospace industries is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, on-site environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
