Roles and Responsibilities

• Partner closely with Leadership and Engineering Managers

  to deeply understand their teams and hiring needs.

• Design end-to-end recruiting strategies

  for assigned roles and find creative ways to source top talent, with a special focus on

  like LinkedIn and other platforms to tap into passive candidates.
• Create an

  exceptional candidate experience

  throughout every stage of the interview process.
• Collaborate with peers to continuously

  improve candidate experience

  across the hiring journey.
• Maintain the

  ATS (Applicant Tracking System)

  , generate reports, and leverage this data to drive recruiting strategy.
• Keep hiring managers consistently

• Lead interview teams

• 6+ years of experience in technical recruiting

• Proven ability to
