Senior Technical Project Manager

As a Senior Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical and cross-functional projects. Your role will involve managing multiple concurrent projects, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget. You will serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, maintaining clear communication, documentation, and status reporting. Collaborating with key stakeholders, you will define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines. Your responsibilities will include coordinating internal teams such as Developers, QA, and Design, as well as external vendors/agencies. Proactively managing project risks, dependencies, and blockers will be crucial to your success. In this role, you will facilitate sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and reviews for Agile teams. Tracking KPIs, generating reports, and providing insights for continuous improvement will be part of your routine. You will ensure process compliance across delivery pipelines, including tools like JIRA and Veeva. Additionally, you will support scoping and estimation for new opportunities and RFPs while mentoring junior project managers and project coordinators. To excel in this position, you should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in technical project management, preferably within a digital, IT, or pharma-focused organization. Demonstrated expertise in managing projects related to web, mobile, CRM, or cloud-based platforms like Veeva, Salesforce, or Adobe Experience Manager is essential for this role.,
