Senior Technical Program Manager GTM Applications (Release Train Engineer & Scrum Master)

Role Overview: You are sought after to be a Senior Technical Program Manager to act as the Release Train Engineer (RTE) and Scrum Master for the Go-to-Market (GTM) Applications portfolio. Your responsibility involves orchestrating the delivery of large-scale, cross-functional initiatives across various platforms such as Salesforce Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud Advanced, CLM, PRM, Xactly, Clari, and other GTM platforms. Your primary task is to drive execution across agile release trains, establish clear reporting and delivery health metrics, resolve and escalate issues promptly, and ensure strong cross-functional collaboration to deliver the GTM transformation at an enterprise scale. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as Release Train Engineer for GTM Applications, facilitating delivery across multiple Agile teams and vendors. - Conduct PI Planning, ART syncs, system demos, and retrospectives to ensure alignment with business priorities. - Collaborate with Product Management, Delivery, Business Stakeholders, and Boundary Teams to define and sequence program backlogs. - Develop and maintain program-level reporting and metrics dashboards to monitor delivery health, velocity, and predictability. - Identify, resolve, and escalate delivery issues affecting timelines, scope, or quality. - Drive cross-functional alignment and collaboration across business units, vendors, and IT for successful outcomes. Scrum Master & Agile Coaching: - Act as Scrum Master for key GTM application teams, coaching Product Owners and Dev Teams on agile practices. - Foster a culture of continuous improvement, transparency, and outcome-based delivery. - Guide teams in utilizing metrics to identify improvement opportunities and enable collaboration across teams and functions for seamless delivery. Governance & Execution Management: - Ensure program delivery is transparent, measurable, and aligned with executive expectations. - Prepare and deliver metrics-driven executive readouts for Steering Committees, CIO, and senior leadership. - Own the program operating rhythm and report on delivery health, risks, dependencies, and financials. - Partner with IT service management teams to ensure readiness for release, hypercare, and support models. Qualifications Required: - 10+ years of experience in technical program management within enterprise applications. - Proven experience as Release Train Engineer or Scrum Master in a large enterprise, supporting enterprise transformational programs, preferably within GTM or Quote-to-Cash domains. - Strong background in Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ, CLM, Xactly, or adjacent GTM applications. - Expertise in Agile / SAFe frameworks, including PI Planning, ART execution, and backlog management. - Demonstrated ability in stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, issue resolution, and executive communication. - Ability to lead in a global, matrixed organization with multiple vendors and distributed teams.,
