Senior Technical Professional

We are looking for highly experienced and skilled senior technical professionals to join our team in Kolhapur. The ideal candidate should bring deep technical expertise, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to take complete ownership of end-to-end project delivery.

Location: Kolhapur (Onsite)

Experience: 10+ Years

Eligible Backgrounds (Any one or more):

• Full-Stack Development

• Software Testing / QA Automation

• DevOps Engineering

• Technical Architecture

• Other equivalent senior technical roles

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and drive technical projects from requirement gathering to deployment.

• Provide technical mentorship to developers, testers, and DevOps engineers.

• Define and enforce best practices, coding standards, and quality benchmarks.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless project execution.

• Participate in architectural planning, system design, and performance optimization.

• Oversee end-to-end delivery with responsibility for timelines, quality, and stability.

• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide reliable solutions.

• Contribute to team building, process improvement, and technical strategy.

Required Skills & Attributes

• Strong expertise in at least one of the following: Full-stack development, QA automation, DevOps, or architectural design.

• Proven experience leading teams or mentoring junior members.

• Ability to independently manage large modules or full project delivery.

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

• Proactive attitude with ownership mindset and leadership qualities.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Candidate should have Provident Fund (PF) of all the previous employment. If the candidate doesn’t have any then he/she should provide Form 16 of all the previous companies.

• Immediate Joiner to 30 Days of Notice Period Preferred
