Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Technical Executive located in gurgaon. The Senior Technical Executive will be responsible for overseeing ELV system - fire alarm, CCTV, access control, pa system, conducting technical inspections, implementing maintenance programs, and ensuring that all systems are functioning efficiently. The role also involves managing a team of technicians, coordinating with clients, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in ELV Systems, including technical project and service, inspections and maintenance program implementation
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team of technicians
• Proficiency in client coordination and relations
• Knowledge of safety and regulatory standards relevant to facility management
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site in Ponneri
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field preferred
• Experience in the ELV system is a plus
