Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Technical Executive located in gurgaon. The Senior Technical Executive will be responsible for overseeing ELV system - fire alarm, CCTV, access control, pa system, conducting technical inspections, implementing maintenance programs, and ensuring that all systems are functioning efficiently. The role also involves managing a team of technicians, coordinating with clients, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Qualifications Experience in ELV Systems, including technical project and service, inspections and maintenance program implementation Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team of technicians Proficiency in client coordination and relations Knowledge of safety and regulatory standards relevant to facility management Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work on-site in Ponneri Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field preferred Experience in the ELV system is a plus * candidate prefer AP- near sricity...
