Role Overview

Prohall Professional India is seeking a Senior Technical Educator & Brand Education Lead who will build the technical education ecosystem from scratch, scale it nationally, and act as the technical backbone and public face of the brand.

This role goes beyond training. The educator will define Prohall’s technical language, service culture, protocols, and education system across India—creating a scalable, repeatable, and high-impact education model.

The candidate must be technically exceptional, camera- and stage-confident, and capable of representing Prohall at national seminars, trade shows, distributor conferences, and large salon platforms.

Prohall Product Range – Core Responsibility

The role requires complete mastery and ownership of the Prohall Professional product portfolio, including but not limited to:

Professional Shampoos & Conditioners

Hair Treatments (Repair, Smoothening, Strengthening, Nutrition-based systems)

Keratin / Straightening / Advanced Chemical Services

Masks, Serums & Finishers

Styling Products & Styling Protocols

Service-Based Retail Integration

The educator will be responsible for translating product science into high-performing salon services.

Key Responsibilities & KRAs

1. Technical Foundation & Brand Building (From Scratch)

Build Prohall’s technical education structure from zero to national scale.

Create and standardize:

Service protocols

Application SOPs

Technical manuals & training modules

Define Prohall’s signature services and treatment rituals.

KRA:

✔ 100% standardized service outcomes across trained salons

2. Education & Training Scalability

Design a tiered education system:

Brand induction

Advanced technical training

Master certification programs

Train and certify:

Internal technical teams

Regional educators

Salon master stylists

Build a replicable “Train the Trainer” model.

KRA:

✔ Ability to scale education across regions without quality loss

3. Pan-India Trainings & Market Enablement

Conduct:

National seminars

Distributor & dealer trainings

Salon onboarding programs

Provide technical support for key accounts and premium salons.

Travel extensively to support new market launches.

KRA:

✔ Salon conversion, retention & repeat product usage

4. Stage Shows, Events & Brand Representation

Act as lead technical face at:

Trade shows

Launch events

Stage demonstrations

Technical roadshows

Confidently handle:

Live demos

Audience engagement

Camera and media appearances

KRA:

✔ Strong brand recall & technical authority on stage

5. Product Development & R&D Support

Work closely with management and R&D teams on:

Product testing

Reformulation feedback

Indian hair type adaptation

Validate product performance under real salon conditions.

KRA:

✔ Market-ready, high-performance product protocols

6. Sales & Business Support

Support sales teams with technical closures.

Help distributors and salons understand service profitability.

Bridge the gap between technical excellence and commercial success.

KRA:

✔ Increased service adoption and average bill value in salons

Required Skills & Profile

15–20 years of deep hands-on experience in professional hair services.

Expert knowledge of:

Hair science & structure

Chemical treatments

Styling & finishing

Excellent trainer, communicator, and motivator.

Strong leadership mindset with scalability vision.

Dynamic personality with professional grooming and stage confidence.

Comfortable with travel, long training days, and high-visibility roles.
