Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Consultant – Dynamics 365 F&O to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in AX 2012, D365 F&O, X++, and integrations, with proven expertise in upgrades, migrations, and applying best practices. This role involves working closely with business and technical teams to design, implement, and optimize solutions that align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize solutions in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations using X++ and other supported technologies.
• Work on data migration, data upgrade projects, and system integrations.
• Develop and manage Data Entities, AIF services, and SSRS reports.
• Implement and optimize batch jobs using the SysOperation framework.
• Ensure compliance with security framework, role-based access, and best practices.
• Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in AX 2012 and D365 F&O environments.
• Apply OOPs concepts effectively in development and customization.
• Work with Azure services for integration, deployment, and monitoring.
• Participate in performance tuning, code reviews, and documentation.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing status updates and technical guidance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX (2012) and Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Strong knowledge of X++, OOPS concepts, and development best practices.
• Hands-on experience with integrations, SSRS, AIF, Data Entities, and batch processes.
• Proficiency in SysOperation framework and security framework.
• Experience in data upgrades, migration projects, and performance optimization.
• Knowledge of Azure (Logic Apps, Data Lake, DevOps, or related services).
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹3,000,000.00 - ₹3,500,000.00 per year
