Senior Technical Consultant

As a Senior Technical Consultant at our design & engineering studio in Bangalore, you will be a key player in driving Project Engagement, Center of Excellence Contributions, Training & Evaluation, and Project Estimations & Proposals. Your role is crafted for seasoned engineers who excel in tackling high-impact technical challenges and ensuring architectural integrity, scalability, and efficient project delivery. Your responsibilities will include leading technical deep dives, architecting scalable solutions, conducting technical feasibility assessments, enforcing best practices and coding standards, facilitating handovers, collaborating with development teams, conducting code and design reviews, debugging issues, defining engineering best practices, establishing technical guidelines, conducting technical audits, designing training programs, mentoring junior engineers, participating in technical sales discussions, defining solution architecture, collaborating on technical proposals, and ensuring client expectations align with technical feasibility. To excel in this role, you should possess proven experience in solution architecture, system design, and performance optimization. Expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks (ReactJS, NextJS, React Native), backend technologies (Node.js, NestJS, ExpressJS, SpringBoot), and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is essential. A strong understanding of scalability, security, DevOps best practices, CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and automated testing will be beneficial.
