What Were Looking For: 5-6 years of strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM experience (with solid IT foundation). Expertise in Power Platform PowerApps (Canvas, MDA), Power Automate, Power Portals/Pages, ETL tools (Kingsway Soft/Scribe), Power BI (mandatory 80%+ of these skills). Hands-on experience in at least two CRM modules Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, or Field Service. Strong knowledge of Dataflows, Power Query, Data Migration, ETL, SSIS (mandatory). Proficiency in Azure services including Logic Apps, Function Apps, and authentication. Power Portals/Pages customization using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, Liquid JS (mandatory). Added Advantage: Experience with Plugins, Workflows, JavaScript, Customizations, and SSRS/Power BI reporting.
