Role & responsibilities

Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails & LinkedIn outreach
Conduct market and industry research to identify prospects & business opportunities Support the team in preparing proposals, presentations & sales materials Manage and update CRM systems, tracking outreach & client interactions Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective outreach strategies Learn negotiation techniques, consultative selling & IT business development practices

Preferred candidate profile

Fresh graduates (B.com / BBA / MBA, 2024 - 25 pass outs preferred)
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills Strong interest in technology, SaaS, or IT solutions Passion for sales, client engagement & business growth Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn Familiarity with MS Office/Google Workspace (CRM knowledge is a plus)
