The Role
SAP HR ABAP technical experience with 8 years with knowledge of APJ countries.Essential to have minimum 3 end to end implementation experience along with Webdynpro and Fiori experience.Working Knowledge of WebDynpro is mandatory and fiori is a plus.Knowledge of standard SAP business practicesKnowledge of all the HCM business processes is essentialKnowledge of employee life cycle and payroll processKnowledge of data migration and interface to Third Party Vendors.Knowledge of SAP reporting and Adhoc query etcKnowledge of writing functional specificationsKnowledge of setting up test scenarios and test scriptsKnowledge of XI/Webdynpro/workflow is mustKnowledge of euHReka work spaceAbility to configure IMG tables based on the client requirements.Ability to provide all feasible solutions based on the client requirements with advantages and disadvantages and provide recommendation based on the industry best practice.Serves as liaison between business customers and systems areas.Must have client facing skills and be able to confidently articulate information identified for delivery to the clients.Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely.Must be able to translate client business rules to technical business requirements. Must possess strong analytical skills.Able to work with different time zonesMust have good documentation skills and should be able to work in global environment.

Required Education
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology or equivalent.
