Responsibilities of a Senior Technical Architect at Salesforce Professional Services include: - Serving as a trusted advisor to clients - Leading internal strategic initiatives to enhance the consulting practice - Guiding customers and colleagues in deploying emerging technologies for increased business value - Collaborating effectively, with strong communication skills, to simplify complex concepts and innovative thinking - Proactively managing risk areas and ensuring complete issue resolution - Managing customer expectations and negotiating solutions to complex problems - Reviewing and correcting project direction and key artifacts to maintain program effectiveness - Working closely with Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, and clients to design technology solutions - Leading the technical architecture team for enterprise-level customer engagement - Participating in pre-sales activities like discovery and technical deep-dive sessions - Collaborating with Salesforce product teams to support client implementations Minimum Qualifications: - 14+ years of enterprise architecture or consulting experience - Strong application design, data, integration, and security architecture skills - Excellent presentation skills and ability to defend viewpoints effectively - Detail-oriented with a knack for rapid learning and leveraging new concepts - Strong communication skills, written and verbal, tailored to diverse audiences - Ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes through technology and integration - Resourceful thinker with problem-solving skills Required Qualities: - Trust, integrity, transparency, and reliability - Proficiency in collaboration and teamwork - Clear and purposeful communication - Ability to influence and engage with confidence Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent work experience - Application, System Architect, CTA Certifications or ability to obtain them - Ability to convey best practices convincingly within large organizations - Background in application design and development - Prior experience in Field Service implementation Preferred Qualities: - Self-awareness and relationship-building skills - Strong executive presence and storytelling ability,
