Senior Technical Applications Representative

Overview

We are looking for passionate and driven engineers to join our Global Service & Experience Center, at Cyber City, Gurgaon, as a Senior Technical Applications Representative. in this role, you’ll collaborate closely with a team of skilled Computer Science and IT professionals, contributing to innovative projects that support our global operations and enhance the customer experience.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Technical Application Representative at Lutron you will:

• To answer the phones/e-mails and support our customers on our system level products.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose use issues regarding Lutron systems
• Document problems and solutions in a central database, escalating them when necessary
• Communicate effectively with other functions to meet customer needs
• Develop technical expertise regarding Lutron products, systems and services
• Represent Lutron according to our Five Principles, particularly take care of the Customer
• Participate and run the day-to-day operation of LED CoE @ A3E

Qualifications

• A four-year Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology in Electrical and Electronics with 60% or above.
• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in technical application support or assistance.
• Preferred background in Building Management Systems (BMS), Automation, Commissioning, Field Service, or Lighting Controls
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in a foreign language is an added advantage.
• Ability to work in a 3-shift rotational operation schedule
