Senior Team leader, Operations

As a Team Leader at BCD, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of successful and profitable incentives, meetings, and events while ensuring a high level of customer service to program participants and clients. You will monitor staff alignment and organization to maintain the highest levels of customer service, efficiency, and productivity. Collaborating with team members, you will establish plans to maximize performance against goals and conduct annual Performance Reviews. Additionally, you will implement and enforce BCD Meetings & Events department level standards and conduct forecasting of client revenues and team performance. The ideal candidate for this role should have profound supervisory or team leadership experience, client management skills, and a background in events management, meeting planning, and client product knowledge. You should be able to motivate and provide direction to your team to achieve results, possess good reasoning skills, and have accounting and budget acumen. Effective organizational and time management skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks and timetables, set and meet deadlines, and select and engage people while monitoring their performance. Moreover, you should have strong communication skills, the ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing scenarios, a client-focused mindset, and proficiency in English and German languages.
