Job Title: Senior Team Lead Telecom Design Engineering

Job Summary:

Senior Team Lead Telecom Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of telecom design engineers in the development of
Low-Level Designs (LLDs)
for telecom networks for US telecom companies.
Review and approve technical drawings, schematics, and documentation using
AutoCAD
and other design tools.
Ensure all designs are aligned with industry and client-specific specifications.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Monitor team productivity, ensure timely completion of deliverables, and maintain high standards of accuracy.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for timely deliveries.
Participate in client meetings, design reviews, and quality audits as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in
Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical Engineering
, or a related field.
Minimum 8 years
of experience in telecom design , including at least 2 years in a team handling role.
Strong expertise in
Low-Level Design (LLD)
for telecom networks.
Proficiency in
AutoCAD
,
QGIS, ArcGIS
and other telecom design tools.
Good understanding of telecom infrastructure components, network topologies, and industry standards.
Excellent communication, team management, and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with international telecom clients (e.g., UK, US, Australia).
