Hiring Fraud Manager with Vodafone Intelligent Solutions (VOIS)

Job Location and Work Mode: Bengaluru/Pune/Ahmedabad and Hybrid Working.

About this Role

This role is responsible for implementing the Fraud Control Testing strategy across VOIS, conducting Fraud Risk Assessments, and coordinating evidence collection for internal reporting and assurance activities. The individual will also support and contribute to the VOIS Fraud Management Awareness programme, ensuring compliance and promoting a culture of fraud prevention.

Who are you

• A professional with a minimum of 3 years experience in Fraud Management-related activities.
• Possess solid knowledge of shared services or the telecom industry and internal processes.
• Demonstrate strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Exhibit advanced communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Results-oriented, with the ability to prioritise effectively and deliver under strict deadlines.
• Comfortable working in an international environment.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken).
• Hold a university degree and relevant training in Fraud Management.

What you will do

• Execute Fraud Control Testing activities across VOIS centres as per the annual Fraud Management programme.
• Assess the effectiveness of tested controls, identify related risks, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement mitigation actions.
• Ensure minimum anti-fraud baseline controls are tested across all VOIS centres.
• Analyse VOIS-related fraud incidents and periodically review the fraud control environment.
• Evaluate and propose fraud controls and initiatives to minimise fraud impact.
• Identify best practices and propose enhancements to the Fraud Control Testing programme.
• Manage end-to-end Fraud Risk Assessment activities, agree outcomes with Vertical Heads, and follow up on mitigation actions.
• Conduct preliminary fraud risk assessments for VOIS transitions.
• Act as team SPOC for evidence collection for monthly reporting and assurance activities.
• Support the implementation of the Fraud Awareness programme, including delivering awareness activities and training.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Investigations, Risk, Internal Audit, Group Fraud teams, etc.) to identify new fraud risks and share best practices.
• Prepare management reports and presentations related to allocated areas.
