Job Description

Role Overview: You will be joining NTT DATA as a Senior Team Lead, Service Delivery Client Engineering, where you will play a crucial role in driving remote support for various service delivery management activities. Your responsibilities will include managing a team of technical engineers, ensuring service delivery as per SLA, identifying areas for improvement, participating in new client transitions and projects, and adhering to ISO compliances. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the overall team of L1, L1.5 technical engineers, and technical Leads. - Ensure client services are delivered as per SLA and report any deviations and improvements. - Lead daily huddles, identify performance-enhancement solutions, and implement them. - Identify gaps in processes, procedures, and services, and provide recommendations for improvement. - Develop personal growth opportunities for team members. - Define and deliver strategic plans for implementing information technologies to maintain organizational effectiveness and efficiency. - Participate in new client transitions and projects, driving operational actions. - Adhere to ISO compliances and prepare for internal and external Audits. - Conduct team operations review meetings, track and report KPIs, operations issues, and improvements. - Operate cross-functionally and ensure effective stakeholder management. - Plan, monitor, and appraise job results. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology / Computing or related field. - Microsoft Certification (Azure, MCSA, MCSE).
