Senior Team Lead - Service Delivery

You will be joining ArcelorMittal as a Senior Team Lead - Head of Service Management in the D&IT DATA department based in Hyderabad. Your role will involve coordinating and directing the Service Delivery Management team to ensure the achievement of set goals. You will be responsible for tracking KPIs, recommending delivery improvement methods, and ensuring timely implementation of actions. Reporting on service quality to higher management and driving service review meetings will also be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate and direct the activities of the Service Delivery Management team to achieve set goals - Track KPIs across domains, recommend delivery improvement methods, and ensure timely implementation of actions - Report on service quality to higher management and drive service review meetings - Ensure internal and external service providers deliver services to agreed contractual standards and set up Service Improvement Plans if required - Analyze third-party and internal processes with the IT4IT Department and create strategies for service delivery optimization - Perform administrative tasks for onshore service providers Required Skills: - Service Delivery and Program Management - Prioritizing planning and working on Business plans - Working knowledge of ServiceNow/JIRA - Extensive experience in implementing and improving ITIL processes and procedures - ITIL Certifications (v3 or v4) would be a strong plus - Ability to translate IT concepts into business language - Program management experience with multiple team coordination - Experience in setting up international level teams Qualifications and Experience: - 10+ years of experience - Experience in Service Delivery Management in a multi-cultural and complex environment - Leadership and team management skills - Strong communication and motivation abilities - Organization, delegation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills - Minimum 5 years of experience in team leadership - Master's degree in IT or Engineering - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
