Role: US Taxation - Senior/Lead Associate

NP: Immediate to 60 days

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end client onboarding including account setup, data entry, and custodial coordination.
• Process and validate physical onboarding forms, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Conduct NIGO (Not-in-Good-Order) checks and coordinate timely resolution.
• Upload and reconcile client data into custodian platforms and portfolio systems.
• Verify and maintain client account setups across multiple platforms.
• Follow up on paperwork completion and funds transfers as needed.

Required Expertise

• Strong understanding of onboarding workflows and document requirements.
• Hands-on experience with Tamarac and custodial portals.
• Excellent reconciliation and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple onboarding cases simultaneously.
• Prior experience in client onboarding, KYC, or client servicing within financial services.
