Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (Tech)

As a Senior Executive - Talent Acquisition at Affle located in Gurugram, you will be responsible for sourcing and hiring top technical talent within the AdTech, Martech, Product, and Tech industry. Collaborating closely with hiring managers, you will develop effective recruiting strategies to attract top-tier candidates for critical technical roles across the organization. Your primary responsibilities will include partnering with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, utilizing various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates. You will be conducting thorough sourcing, screening, and interviewing processes to evaluate candidates" technical skills, experience, and cultural fit. Managing candidates through the recruitment lifecycle, you will ensure a smooth and positive experience while acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers by providing guidance on market trends, candidate availability, and competitive intelligence. To excel in this role, you must hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field with 3-6 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in a technology-driven environment. A proven track record of successfully filling technical roles across various levels and domains is essential. You should have a strong understanding of technical concepts, the ability to assess candidates" technical skills, and proficiency in Boolean search. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills are required, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities. Preferred qualifications include experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools, as well as certifications in recruiting or human resources.
