Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding
Manage bulk, lateral, and leadership hiring requirements
Source candidates through job portals (Shine, Naukri, LinkedIn), referrals, and consultants
Screen, interview, and coordinate candidate assessments
Ensure timely closures while maintaining a positive candidate experience
Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and reports
1-4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
Strong exposure to Sales and Corporate hiring (Real Estate industry preferred)
Ability to manage high-volume hiring with quick turnaround time
Proficient in ATS and job portals
