Job Description

GlobalData is hiring an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end hiring and drive recruitment strategy for high-volume and niche positions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiation, and offer closure.
• Hire for niche roles in KPO and Data Analytics domains.
• Handle high-volume hiring and independently manage campus recruitment drives.
• Manage and mentor a small TA team while also working as an individual contributor for critical positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and create hiring plans.
• Maintain recruitment dashboards and MIS reports; ensure accuracy and compliance with audit standards.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 912 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Mandatory experience working in KPO/Data Analytics companies.
• Proven experience in team handling, stakeholder management, and high-volume hiring.
• Exposure to campus hiring, building talent pipelines, and meeting tight hiring timelines.
• Proficiency in sourcing tools—Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, social platforms.
