We’re Hiring: Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (Reporting to Director – Sales & Operations)

• Outstation candidates (Mumbai/Bangalore):

  Work from Home

• Ownership:

  Mandates with CTCs from ₹5 LPA to ₹1 Cr+

• Visibility:

  Direct collaboration with the Director – Sales & Operations

Who should apply:

• 5–8 years in

  recruitment (agency/executive search preferred)

• Proven record of closing roles in the

  ₹5–₹50 LPA

  range (at least 15–20 closures)
• You can own

  end-to-end delivery

  : JD understanding, sourcing, screening, scheduling, offer coordination
• You want a role where

  your closures directly drive business revenue

• Comfortable working with

  targets, fast turnarounds, and direct reporting

• Highly organized, dependable, and capable of

  3–5 closures/month
