About The Role

We are looking for an experienced

Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

to manage end-to-end hiring across

domestic and international markets

. This is an

individual contributor role

responsible for handling both

IT and Non-IT recruitment

. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in global sourcing strategies, stakeholder management, and the ability to deliver high-quality talent in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT & Non-IT roles across geographies (India & International, including Africa).
  • Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and workforce planning.
  • Build and execute innovative sourcing strategies (head-hunting, networking, referrals, market mapping, social media, job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter).
  • Manage international recruitment processes, ensuring compliance with local hiring norms and cultural sensitivity.
  • Develop strong pipelines of talent for niche and leadership roles.
  • Drive offer management and negotiations aligned with company compensation policies.
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience from first interaction to onboarding.
  • Maintain recruitment dashboards, track hiring metrics, and share data-driven insights with stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on talent market trends in domestic and global markets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred).
  • 35 years of hands-on recruitment experience as an individual contributor.
  • Proven track record in both IT & Non-IT hiring across domestic and global markets.
  • Strong exposure to international recruitment, ideally with experience in Africa or emerging markets.
  • Expertise in sourcing passive candidates using advanced search techniques.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple requisitions, and deliver within timelines.
  • Proficiency in ATS and recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, etc.).
