Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Senior Systems Engineering Lead with 8 to 13 years of experience to join our team in the IT Services & Consulting industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in systems engineering and lead the development of complex systems.

Roles and Responsibility

Design, develop, and implement scalable and reliable systems architectures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for system designs and implementations.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies.
Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
