Senior Systems Engineer

Exp: 3- 5 yrs

Location: Ahmedabad

• TCP/IP Protocol Understanding
• Basic understanding of Layer-2/Layer-3 Switching and VLAN & Voice VLAN • Experience on Switching & routing with Clarity on IP Subnet • IP NATTING, Proxy & Firewall, VPN, MPLS understanding is an additional advantage • Understanding of Network Topology, Different OS is added advantage to work in complex N/W • Should have hands-on knowledge about IP-PBX, Contact Centre, OMNI Chanel, IVRS, Carrier grade Soft Switch & Cloud Telephony solutions • Must be required the knowledge of databases MYSQL, Oracle DB and scripting, Indexing, Stored Function, Trigger, Joins Table and Inner Query knowledge (shell script.) • Integration knowledge about SIP Telephony with OSS/CRM/OCS/SBC etc. • Should have worked with Carrier grade opportunities (Telco/ISP/MSO) and Enterprise segment • Ability to design industry wise Use cases/solution • Strong team player & has to manage coordination with Sales/Support/Pre- sales team • Exposure to different types of IP/VOIP Phones and devices, routers and firewalls

Expertise in many of the following technologies and protocols: IP, TCP, UDP,DNS, DHCP,
T1/E1,Ethernet • Knowledge in VOIP and associated protocols SIP, STUN, SDP • Network monitoring, sniffing tools like Wireshark • Hands on experience with VoIP protocols and codecs such as SIP, H323, RTP, G.711/G.729 • Reasonable experience working in IT domain - troubleshooting, application support, product support • Ability to understand questions and problem description from non-technical customers • Good English communication skills, both verbal and written • Awareness of standard Linux commands and good understanding on Cent OS • Plan and execute VoIP Infrastructure upgrade and migration activity • Hands on experience in Upgrade, Migration of the deployed PBX system • Willing to work in Shifts (24*7) • Asterisk and flavors of asterisk or configuration of any VOIP PBX servers
