Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Network Administrator / Engineer to design, implement, maintain, and support our growing network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have in-depth expertise in networking protocols, firewall settings, internet configurations, load balancing, and fine-tuning for performance and security. Prior experience in managing and troubleshooting complex enterprise networks is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and maintain enterprise-level network infrastructure.

• Configure and manage firewalls, VPNs, and other network security tools.

• Optimize internet bandwidth usage and ensure network performance through fine-tuning and traffic shaping.

• Set up and manage load balancers for high availability and failover.

• Identify and resolve complex network issues, ensuring minimal downtime and fast recovery.

• Monitor network performance and proactively address potential bottlenecks.

• Collaborate with IT, security, and DevOps teams for seamless integration and security compliance.

• Document network architecture, procedures, and troubleshooting protocols.

• Conduct periodic audits and provide recommendations for improvement and scalability.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (5+ years) in network administration and engineering.

• Strong understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, BGP, OSPF, etc.).

• Hands-on experience with configuring and troubleshooting Cisco/Juniper/HP networking equipment.

• Expertise in firewall configuration and security policies (e.g., Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco ASA).

• Proficiency in load balancing technologies (e.g., F5, HAProxy, NGINX).

• Skilled in internet gateway setups, routing, redundancy, and fine-tuning performance.

• Ability to handle and resolve complex network architecture challenges.

• Network certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent are preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

• Experience with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.

• Familiarity with scripting for automation (Python, Bash) is an added advantage.
