Responsibilities: - Possess working knowledge of Switching & Routing (Cisco based) and Cisco Meraki - Familiarity with cloud infrastructure such as MS Azure, MS Intune, and Autopilot - Installation and configuration of computer hardware, infrastructure hardware, operating systems, and applications - Providing LAN and WAN support, desktop configurations, MS Office and Outlook configurations, and asset management - Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks, including remote desktop support and application troubleshooting - Offering technical assistance to staff or clients in setting up systems or resolving issues - Diagnosing and resolving hardware or software faults - Supporting new applications and projects roll-out, setting up user accounts, managing passwords, and access issues - Maintaining comprehensive documentation related to the IT Department, including vendor purchase orders, invoices, and asset management records - Prioritizing and managing multiple open cases simultaneously for timely resolution - Establishing positive working relationships with customers, users, and other professionals - Managing inventory of equipment, consumables, and supplies, ensuring accurate IT assets list - Conducting quarterly reconciliation of production assets vs asset database - Tracking asset movement and managing stocks of equipment and consumables - Maintaining documentation related to IT Department, network diagrams, application inventory, purchase requests, invoices, asset allocation, and release - Acting as a local Project Manager for new hardware and application deployments - Coordinating UATs for new deployments and implementations - Participating in internal and external audits from an IT perspective Requirements: - Remote and onsite endpoint support for IOS & Windows - Application troubleshooting and basic networking support - Basic server management skills - Asset hardware management skills - Coordinating Go-Lives and UATs - Proficiency in English and Polish with a minimum B2 level What we offer: - Strong flexible benefits package - Premium insurance for medical services - Life & Disability Insurance - Voluntary Pension Fund - Social Funds benefits - Integration and cultural events - Reward and recognition program - Employee Referral bonuses - Relocation assistance - Friendly and chill atmosphere and company culture Wipro IT Services Poland Sp. z o.o. is an Equal Opportunity Employer that adheres to Internal Reporting and Whistleblower Protection Regulations.
