Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Systems Engineer with a strong background in managing enterprise systems and infrastructure across Windows, Linux, and cloud environments. The role involves supporting operations, ensuring system reliability, and optimizing network and application performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer and maintain Windows and Linux operating systems.
Manage O365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint.
Support and troubleshoot network infrastructure issues.
Implement system monitoring, performance tuning, and backup solutions.
Work with IT security to ensure compliance and best practices.
Automate routine tasks using scripts or configuration management tools.

Required Skills:

Expertise in O365 administration, network troubleshooting, and system configuration.
Strong experience in Linux and Windows Server environments.
Knowledge of AWS and cloud networking is a plus.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Critical skills:

Excellent communication skills
