Specialist Survey Administration (C1)

This role is designed for independent execution of routine market-related tasks. The primary responsibilities include conducting both quantitative and qualitative analyses of client products and internal projects, guaranteeing high-quality results delivered within deadlines. The survey analyst will report directly to the project or team manager and receive mentorship from the Operations leader.

We will count on you for:

• Conduct comprehensive analysis of client data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Utilize advanced Excel functionalities, including formulas and PivotTables, to identify data gaps and trends; apply various statistical formulas to generate insightful reports and provide actionable items
• Prepare detailed data analysis and statistical reports for publication, while continuously updating data collection methodologies and reporting resources.

• Engage with consultants to facilitate participant involvement and validate data accuracy.
• Manage assigned project activities by coordinating with stakeholders, communicating project progress to both internal and external parties, and collaborating to resolve moderate-level issues.
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and conduct peer reviews of all survey materials prior to market release.

What you need to have:

• Graduate (any stream)
• A minimum of 4 years experience in similar kind of work, statistical analysis or related field preferred
• Good communications skills (verbal and written), problem solving skills, proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Good experience in data analysis
