Role Overview: You will be responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships by understanding their preferences and providing tailored solutions. Qualifications Required: - Minimum HSC or Graduates with 2 years of retail experience. - Must be between 20 to 35 years of age with basic computer skills. - Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and providing exceptional customer service. - Experience in mentoring team members, handling cash transactions, and managing inventory. - Proficiency in POS systems, visual merchandising principles, and relevant retail technologies. - Positive attitude, excellent presentation, grooming standards, and flexibility to work varied shifts.
