Senior Student Advisor

Join a fast-growing global EdTech organisation and help students build their future! We are looking for passionate and motivated Senior Student Advisors with strong communication skills and basic tech knowledge to guide students in selecting the right technology-based courses.
Location: Technopark Phase 4, Trivandrum
Work Mode: Work from Office
Timing: 10 AM – 6 PM
Salary: ₹12,000/month + incentives
(Average earning: ₹18,000–₹25,000/month)

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students on academic pathways, career options, and suitable tech-based programs.
• Understand student goals and recommend appropriate courses.
• Communicate effectively through calls, WhatsApp, email, and face-to-face meetings.
• Maintain and update student data in Excel/CRM with accurate follow-ups.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in student counseling / admissions / telesales / customer service.
• Preference for candidates with tech-based advising experience.
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills to engage and motivate students.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); CRM knowledge is a plus.
• Must be willing to work from Technopark Phase 4, Trivandrum.
