Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Student Advisor located in Kochi. The Senior Student Advisor will be responsible for providing counseling and guidance to students regarding study abroad opportunities and programs. Day-to-day tasks include assessing student profiles, answering queries related to education options, and assisting students with their applications. The advisor will also maintain records, collaborate with educational institutions, and deliver high-quality customer service to ensure a smooth enrollment process.

Qualifications

• Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills
• Proficiency in Student Counseling and Education guidance
• Customer Service expertise
• Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Total experience of 5 years with a minimum one year experience in the study abroad industry needed.
• Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
