Role Summary

As an Associate at BelleVie, you will be responsible for executing day-to-day category operations, managing service partners, improving key metrics, and ensuring a delightful experience for both customers and professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Category & Partner Management

Onboard, train, and manage service professionals on platform standards, pricing, tools, and customer protocols.
Monitor service quality and professional performance using real-time data.
Address and resolve partner concerns and ensure a consistent experience

Operations Management

Oversee day-to-day execution and delivery of services in your category or assigned area
Ensure a balance between supply and demand and resolve any on-ground challenges
Track KPIs including order fulfillment, NPS, repeat rates, and cancellations

Customer Experience

Resolve service escalations with speed and empathy.
Ensure adherence to service SLAs and quality benchmarks
Collaborate with internal teams to improve workflows and reduce friction

Growth & Projects

Drive localized experiments to grow bookings and improve partner earnings
Execute initiatives to increase partner productivity and customer retention
Use data to identify performance gaps and process inefficiencies

Key Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor s degree required
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (Excel/Google Sheets required; SQL a plus)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
High ownership mindset, ability to hustle, and thrive in ambiguity
Comfort with on-ground work and frequent field interactions
