Senior Strategy Manager

The role requires a hands-on approach to indirectly control projects and ensure their smooth operation, providing clear visibility to senior leadership within the organization. Key responsibilities include: - Demonstrating overall project control by collecting data, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring a thorough understanding of the project. - Reviewing and tracking the Annual Operating Plan to monitor approvals and statutory requirements for projects. - Monitoring project plans, reviewing progress, and ensuring effective coordination between departments to meet project objectives. - Tracking budget and cost-to-complete (CTC) while conducting market benchmarking. - Managing risk and change within the project, as well as supporting the implementation of necessary processes and systems. - Developing and maintaining Management Information Systems (MIS) and dashboards to provide real-time project insights. - Proactively identifying delays, risks, and alerts, and presenting data-driven recommendations for decision-making. - Suggesting improvements in cost management, planning, project phasing, and processes to enhance project efficiency. - Demonstrating an understanding of business development and new project acquisitions, particularly in Mumbai real estate, including norms and slum redevelopment projects. Soft skills required for this role include proficiency in Microsoft Project (MSP), AutoCAD, MS Office, and presentation skills.,
