Role & responsibilities Lead Strategic Planning : Direct the planning process for luxury high-rise residential developments, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives, market demands, and premium quality standards. Long-Term Strategy Development : Design and execute long-range planning strategies that support company growth, optimize project delivery timelines, and meet financial performance targets. Cross-Functional Coordination : Oversee and coordinate all planning activities across multiple projects, fostering effective collaboration among internal departments, external vendors, architects, engineers, and consultants. Resource & Timeline Management : Allocate resources efficiently and ensure project planning milestones are met on schedule and within scope. Budget Oversight : Manage and track project planning budgets, ensuring cost-effective execution and adherence to financial constraints.
