Senior Strategy Manager-Debt Management

As a Senior Strategy Manager in Debt Management, your role is crucial in driving the performance and efficiency of the Debt Management function through analytics and data-driven strategies. Your primary responsibilities include: - Measure, analyze, and improve Debt Management performance by building and driving strategies and process changes based on insights from MIS and KPIs. - Collate, structure, and document strategies for referencing and studying the impact of changes. - Monitor Debt Management ecosystem parameters related to customers, employees, and agencies. - Submit requirements and track system developments to ensure the implementation of system-based ways of working. - Plan and monitor period tracking and forecast on allocations and capacity requirements. - Track current strategy effectiveness and recommend improvements as necessary. - Provide analytical inputs to drive higher resolution/dollar-collected at a sustainable cost through differentiated treatment, contact-ability resolution, and models for settlement and recovery. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring appropriate project management on initiatives, adhering to regulatory compliance, and working closely with product/portfolio risk teams and BIU teams for portfolio changes and insights. Your educational qualifications should include a graduation degree in Engineering, Statistics, or Economics, and a post-graduation degree in MBA with a specialization in Finance, Marketing, Economics, or Statistics. The ideal candidate for this role should have at least 6 years of relevant experience.
