Job Description

We're looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Steward to elevate our food court operations. If you're a service-oriented individual with strong leadership potential and a keen eye for detail, this is a fantastic opportunity to take on more responsibility and contribute to a top-notch customer experience. Responsibilities: Lead and manage counter service for daily food court operations, ensuring efficiency and exceptional customer satisfaction. Oversee daily counter setup and ensure the flawless execution of all meal services (breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special events). Champion and uphold the highest service and hygiene standards in strict accordance with Sodexo guidelines. Mentor and guide junior stewards, waiters, and waitresses, providing training and support to foster a high-performing team. Proactively address customer feedback and resolve any service issues to ensure a positive dining experience. Ensure all food and beverage items are presented attractively, stocked appropriately, and replenished promptly. Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff, supervisors, and other team members to optimize service flow and operational efficiency. Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols, ensuring a clean and safe environment for both customers and staff. Requirements: Proven experience as a Steward, Waiter, or Waitress, with demonstrated leadership abilities. Exceptional customer service focus with a natural ability to anticipate and meet customer needs. Good communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining impeccable standards of cleanliness and service. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as required. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, to support operational demands.
