Senior Statutory Audit

Role Overview

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant experienced in Bank and NBFC audits. The role

involves independently managing and executing statutory audits, internal audits, and compliance reviews

in accordance with RBI guidelines, Ind AS, and prudential norms.

Key Responsibilities

 Conduct end-to-end audits of Banks and NBFCs, covering advances, investments, deposits, and

treasury operations.

 Perform ICFR testing and review compliance with RBI and regulatory norms (NPA, ALM,

capital adequacy, provisioning).

 Prepare and maintain audit documentation, working papers, and schedules with proper

referencing.

 Identify and report control gaps, non-compliance, and process inefficiencies.

 Assist in drafting audit reports, LFAR, and regulatory certifications.

 Stay updated with RBI circulars, Ind AS updates, and industry practices.

Candidate Profile

 CA with 3–5 years of relevant experience in Bank/NBFC audits.

 Strong understanding of RBI regulations, Ind AS, and financial sector operations.

 Proficient in MS Office and audit documentation.

 Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills.

 Prior experience in a CA firm or audit of financial institutions preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,300,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
