Hands on working experience in SAP Project Management, specifically in SAP S/4HANA projects. In-depth knowledge of core SAP modules: FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, HCM. Proven leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving capabilities. Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Rally. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a globally distributed delivery setup. Strong understanding of Agile metrics and processes. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. RESPONSIBILITIES: Support the team in pre-sales activities related to Agile, including preparing and writing proposals and creating artifacts. Drive consulting revenue through existing and new accounts. Leverage consulting opportunities to drive downstream revenues for the client. Create and present case studies to potential clients. Regularly interact, train, and coach C-level executives at the client's end. Manage and track KPIs and metrics across Portfolio, Program, and Team levels. Ensure client satisfaction at all stages of the project. Identify project/service stakeholders early and work with them to ensure deliverables align with business case benefits. Plan, organize, and monitor projects to deliver high-quality business solutions. Define the scope of the project/service and manage goals, risks, issues, and resources throughout the project lifecycle. Mentor and manage team members by providing constant on-the-job feedback and guidance. Qualifications Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
