Senior Specialist / Specialist - SAP BASIS

Role Overview: As a Senior Specialist / Specialist - SAP BASIS at Linde Global Support Services Pvt. Ltd, you will provide maintenance and project support for the ongoing operation of Linde SAP systems as a Senior SAP Basis expert. Your role will involve modifying and adapting standard design application systems based on the interpretation of processes or procedures to make them more efficient with an IT solution. Key Responsibilities: - Develop SAP solutions in adherence to policies, guidelines, and procedures of Global IS in line with requirements - Participate in global SAP projects and contribute knowledge in the field to ensure projects are completed as expected and within the timeframe - Design, debug, document, and test a range of SAP products available in Linde Group - Participate and be available in Team Call Outs, providing Out of Office Hours support, including weekends and public holidays as required - Handle adaptations of complex software within the subject area Qualifications Required: - Ability to multi-task across multiple assignments and take project lead responsibility - Strong communication skills to influence stakeholders and achieve support and consistency of overall IS strategies and policies - Technical and functional competence with senior-level knowledge in SAP products such as BI, SRM, PI, SCM, CRM, EP, Solution Manager, and ERP - Degree standard education (preferably scientific, technical, or business discipline) with 5+ years of SAP Basis experience supporting SAP systems - Experience in configuration and supporting large-scale SAP systems and SAP Technology Certification Additional Company Details: Linde Global Support Services Pvt.
