In this role you will be responsible for participating in routine activities of plant operations including start up, shutdown and turn around activities, efficiency improvements, and troubleshooting, best practices. Further you will be responsible for supporting process & maintenance teams for resolution of issues. Additionally, you will be responsible for coordination with maintenance team for execution of Hazardous Work Permit System. Furthermore, you will respond to plant upsets and emergencies. prepare the process equipment’s to handover for maintenance and inspection, support plant management in complying with all internal and external safety and environmental requirements and in meeting site safety, reliability and efficiency goals and all customer product requirements. Providing support for root cause analysis program and implementation of actions by team members is a part of your responsibility. Moreover, you are in charge of the safety and security of self, colleagues, and plant equipment and you will be required to participate in safety and technical discussions and practice operational discipline. Winning in your role. Do you have what it takes? You have a diploma in Chemical Engineering with two to four (2-4) years’ experience in refinery or Air Separation Unit.
