As a Senior Specialist / Specialist - GSPO SAP BASIS at Linde Global Support Services Pvt. You will actively participate in global SAP projects, contributing your expertise to ensure projects are completed as expected and within the specified timeframe. Additionally, you will design, debug, document, and test various SAP products within the Linde Group. To excel in this role, you must possess the ability to multitask across multiple assignments, potentially taking on project lead and supervisory responsibilities as required. Strong communication skills are essential for influencing stakeholders and ensuring support and consistency of overall IS strategies and policies. Technical and functional competence is crucial for this role, requiring senior-level knowledge in SAP Basis, performance tuning, SAP Application and Architecture, workload analysis, load balancing, memory configuration, and more. Familiarity with Database systems like HANA, ORACLE, ASE, Linux operating systems, and scripting languages will be beneficial. A degree standard education, preferably in a scientific, technical, or business discipline, along with 5+ years of SAP Basis experience supporting SAP systems is required. Experience in configuration and supporting large-scale SAP systems, as well as SAP Technology Certification, will be advantageous.
