Job Description

Business analysis:
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to gather, analyse and document detailed user-driven business requirements. Develop user stories and workflows for feature development as well as user and platform management. Conduct user testing and feedback loops to validate solutions and ensure alignment with business strategy.
Project management:
Lead and coordinate cross-functional project workstreams, ensuring quality and timely delivery according to project goals and milestones. Prepare project documentation, manage stakeholder communications, and support agile delivery practices. Track progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
Website operations:
Support day-to-day operations of the corporate website, ensuring performance, availability and stability of the website CMS for our community of Sitecore users. Address and troubleshoot user management and platform governance issues. Advocate for best practices in Sitecore CMS usage, governance, and scalability.
Knowledge management & training:
Create and maintain relevant training guides as well as conduct onboarding and enablement sessions to upskill users on new/updated features in order to increase overall platform adoption.

Your Qualification:

Degree in Marketing, Information System and / or a related discipline.
Experience in business analysis and project management within digital or web environments.
Working knowledge of enterprise CMS platforms;
Sitecore experience is highly advantageous.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and digital marketing technologies is a plus.
