The Sourcing Engineer – Precision will identify, evaluate, and develop capable vendors for precision manufacturing projects. The role involves understanding RFQs, assessing manufacturing feasibility, and creating cost-effective supply chain solutions across materials, manufacturing, finishing, and logistics.
Identify and onboard suitable vendors for precision manufacturing requirements
Analyze RFQs, drawings, and specifications to assess feasibility
Develop cost-effective sourcing and supply chain strategies
Manage and strengthen vendor relationships to ensure quality, cost, and delivery
Collaborate with internal teams for seamless project execution
B.Tech/BE in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial or Production Engineering
7+ years’ experience in manufacturing or sourcing roles
Strong knowledge of Indian manufacturing ecosystem and product development
Experience in vendor management and cost optimization
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Languages: English and Hindi (preferred)
