About the Role:

Senior Solutions Consultant (Sales)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development

    • Identify and close new B2B opportunities across target industries.
    • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting, pitching, and solution mapping to deal closure.
    • Build tailored proposals and presentations that align with client needs.
  • Account Management & Farming

    • Actively manage and grow a portfolio of existing client accounts.
    • Build deep, trusted relationships with client stakeholders.
    • Drive account expansion through cross-selling and upselling.
  • Consultative Solutioning

    • Stay current with

      emerging technologies

       (AI/ML, SaaS, Cloud, Data Solutions, Automation, etc.).
    • Translate complex technical offerings into

      clear business value and ROI

      .
    • Work closely with internal solution/delivery teams to design winning pitches.
  • Sales Execution

    • Achieve and exceed assigned revenue and pipeline targets.
    • Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and account strategies.
    • Represent the company at client meetings, demos, and industry forums.

Preferred candidate profile

Key Requirements:

  • 810 years of

    B2B technology sales

     experience (advisory, software, or solution selling).
  • Proven track record in

    consultative selling

     and account farming.
  • Strong understanding of

    emerging enterprise tech trends

    .
  • Exceptional

    presentation, communication, and negotiation

     skills.
  • Ability to operate independently as a

    senior individual contributor

    .
  • Willingness to travel 510% as required.
  • Bachelors degree required (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
