About the Role: We are seeking a highly driven Senior Solutions Consultant (Sales) with strong experience in technology advisory, software, or solution sales . This is an individual contributor role , focused on driving new client acquisition, nurturing existing accounts, and positioning technology-led solutions that deliver measurable business impact. The role requires a consultative seller who can engage with CXO-level stakeholders , understand client challenges, and craft compelling value propositions aligned to the latest technology trends. Key Responsibilities: Business Development Identify and close new B2B opportunities across target industries. Own the full sales cycle from prospecting, pitching, and solution mapping to deal closure. Build tailored proposals and presentations that align with client needs. Account Management & Farming Actively manage and grow a portfolio of existing client accounts. Build deep, trusted relationships with client stakeholders. Drive account expansion through cross-selling and upselling. Consultative Solutioning Stay current with emerging technologies (AI/ML, SaaS, Cloud, Data Solutions, Automation, etc.). Translate complex technical offerings into clear business value and ROI . Work closely with internal solution/delivery teams to design winning pitches. Sales Execution Achieve and exceed assigned revenue and pipeline targets. Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and account strategies. Represent the company at client meetings, demos, and industry forums. Preferred candidate profile Key Requirements: 810 years of B2B technology sales experience (advisory, software, or solution selling). Proven track record in consultative selling and account farming. Strong understanding of emerging enterprise tech trends . Exceptional presentation, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to operate independently as a senior individual contributor . Willingness to travel 510% as required. Bachelors degree required (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
