We are seeking a Senior Solution Consultant with 6-10 years of experience in API integration, chatbot development, and data analysis tools.
The role involves designing solutions, managing virtual assistants' architecture, gathering business requirements, and leading end-to-end delivery.
The candidate should have experience in APIs like OData, REST, SOAP, as well as tools like Postman, Excel, and Google Sheets. Familiarity with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, natural language processing, chatbot platforms (Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework), and analytical tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Grafana is essential.
The consultant will work closely with cross-functional teams, mentor other consultants, and ensure seamless integration with customer systems.
